Camps (NPA / RDRBI / NAVCO S.A.)

The National Pitching Association is dedicated to the education of baseball pitchers, their parents, and their coaches, so that they can pitch more effectively, stay healthier, develop a positive mental attitude, and a greater love of the game. The NPA was formed by leading coaches, athletes, and management teams to help pitchers of all ages safely develop to their fullest potential.

NPA Schools and Camps
NPA camps and clinics are designed to address all aspects of pitching and coaching. The pitching camps are geared for all ages and levels of experience. Endurance, performance, strengthening and conditioning, as well as mechanics are covered in these in-depth events.
Reducing Injuries in Baseball
The Rod Dedeaux Research and Baseball Institute brings together leaders from the medical science community and the sports training community. Through their joint efforts, the RDRBI helps athletes achieve greater core strength, less risk of injury, and overall higher performance. Our belief is that, by teaching not only athletes but also their parents and coaches, we can set the groundwork for a lifetime of athletic success and health.
RDRBI Camps and Clinics

Camps and clinics at the Rod Dedeaux Research and Baseball Institute are in a class of their own. All RDRBI events are held at beautiful Rod Dedeaux field on the University of Southern California campus. In this setting we bring together Tom House, the USC Pitching Coach, and the brightest coaches in the baseball world to work with camp and clinic attendees. Whether you are looking to brush up your delivery or mechanics, looking to get into better shape for the upcoming season, or want to commit to peak performance at one of our week long intense camps, RDRBI camps and clinics deliver.
NAVCO Sports Analysis Clinics

The Mini Pitching Clinic is an intense three-hour event that focuses on the NPA/RDRBI bio-mechanical, physical, and mental/emotional preparation for pitching with more efficiency and greater success. Each 3 hour sessions is on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be limited to 8-10 pitchers (always an even number of boys), segregated by pitching experience and age second.

All attendees (players and coaches) must have an enthusiasm for the game and be committed to learning the latest information collected by the NPA and RDRBI. Coaches and parents are encouraged to attend. Coaches will be integrated into clinic for "hands-on" training, which will provide each coach the best information around with a proven track record of success and reduction of injury.
