NAVCO Sports Analysis and Coach George’s mission as a pitching instructor is to educate and train athletes, as well as their parents and coaches. Coach George is dedicated to creating a positive environment in which every athlete can reach their fullest potential. His goal is to educate athletes on mechanics, functional fitness, mental emotional training, and preparing them to compete while avoiding injury. NAVCO Sports Analysis is dedicated to finding the latest cutting edge research on pitching. Coach George consults on a regular basis with world renowned pitching coach, Dr. Tom House, The National Pitching Association (NPA) www.nationalpitching.net, and The Rod Dedeaux Research and Baseball Institute (RDRBI) http://www.rdrbi.com. .Tom has studied thousands of pitchers over the years, at all skill levels, using the latest in modern technology, and has identified 9 phases as key points of a pitching motion.
